About

Theresa Catharina Ying Liong was born in Semarang City. She took the COP Level III French Language and Literature Department at Victoria University of Wellington and obtained MA degree with honors in literature and Indonesian from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She also holds an MBA in management at Victoria University of Wellington. In 2007, she earned a Ph.D. in management at the University of South Australia, Adelaide, Australia

Her research interest concerns Organizational Behavior in exploring Leadership Development, their formation of Ethical Strategies and relationship with Organizational Change. Her research data are collected with the use of Qualitative Methods
