Industrial Talks with L’Oreal

Career Development Center (CDC) working together with PT L’Oreal Indonesia by conducting a seminar with the title “Industrial Talk L’oeral”. This event was held on Tuesday, 21 November 2017 in Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, BSD. Industrial Talk L’oreal was looking really interested for students of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya who packed the room 9021-9022 in PMBS Building.

Satria Bakti as the speaker of Industrial Talk L’oreal start his career in PT L’oreal Indonesia as Sales Marketing and now he is working as General Manager Business Development in PT L’oreal Indonesia. According to Satria there are many advantages working in PT L’oreal Indonesia. He got 40 trainings in 10 year’s time, domestic and abroad. PT L’oreal do not see the leader potential by the length of people work with them, but by seeing the achievement they have achieved. As for more information, L’oreal do all things with serious and maximum. Some example are they’ve didthe research for L’oreal product that costly 26,5 billion IDR and in Jakarta Fashion Week, the hairstylist of JFW was handled by L’oreal by not lowering the L’oreal standard.

L’oreal also got interesting programs such as L’oreal Business School with the purpose for educating salons that working together with L’oreal Indonesia. L’oreal Sales Academy has a purpose to boost sales for L’oreal products and promoting the public relation.

Not a small number of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya alumnus joined L’oreal Indonesia. Some of them are Michael Michael Justisoesetya as Genaral Manager PPD (Magister Manajemen 1998), Rizky Maulana Kurniawan as National Key Account Manager (Magister Manajemen), Stepahie Atmadjaja as Junior Category Channel Development Manager (Marketing 2007) and Naomi Kristina Soedibyo as Management Trainee (Business 2012).
