Tuition Fee

* One-time payment only.
Program fees do not include graduation fee and textbook cost. Scholarships are available for test takers who meet the selection requirements.

All payments of development fee and Semester 1 tuition are to be made by bank transfers to a candidate’s Virtual Account (VA) in accordance with the confirmation email that is sent to him or her as a prospective student.

Payment slip must include its purpose/designation and be sent as proof of payment to Prasetiya Mulya Finance office at BSD Campus (an. Ms. Herlin/Mr. Recky) by fax: (021) 304-50505, tel. (021) 304-50500 ext. 2136 or email to: finance.s1@prasetiyamulya.ac.id.

After graduating from high school, prospective students must re-register and complete Universitas Prastiya Mulya’s academic requirements. Detailed information on this is included in the letter of announcement of acceptance.

1. Prospective students who do not register past the registration deadline are considered and declared to resign and thereby lose their right to become students at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.
2. Prospective students who have confirmed registration as S1 Prasetiya Mulya University students by paying development fees and semester fees and yet wish to withdraw can resign by submitting the following documents:
   • A letter of resignation signed on paper by the student and his/her parent on an IDR 10,000 stamp no later than the deadline date.
   • If applicable, a copy of the official statement of being accepted at other universities (PTN/PTS/Higher Education abroad) and a copy of the slip of payment made to the aforesaid institution.
   • An original slip of payment was made to Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

* Prospective S1 students who submit resignation requests on/or after the first day of the lecture (31 August 2022) will receive no refund whatsoever.

1. Dates to claim refunds are as follows:

• 9-20 August 2022: for prospective students who submit resignation before 28 July 2022.
• 23-27 August 2022: for scholarship students who submit resignation before 28 July 2022.

2. The resignation letter addressed to Dean of SBE or Dean of STEM of Universitas Prasetiya Mulya is to be submitted in the care of (c/o) the Admissions Office.
3. Any resignation request without compliance to the aforementioned provisions above is considered invalid and all payments that have been made cannot be refunded/withdrawn/re-transferred.
