Bakti Indonesia

Bakti Indonesia scholarship is awarded to outstanding students with financial hardship who wish to study in the S1 program of Universita Prasetiya Mulya. Upon study completion the recipients are bound to undertake a mandatory employment at the university for a certain period of time, namely for n/2 years, with n being the number of years of study.

  • Pass Universitas Prasetiya Mulya S1 entrance/admission test with a highly satisfactory result
  • Join and satisfy a series of selection activities consisting of a psychological test, focus group discussion, paper/essay composition, personal achievements, and interviews.
  • Proven active in organizational/extracurricular activities in schools and/or community.

Featured Student (Scholarship)

I Wayan Rona, or more popularly aka Rona, was born in Jullah village of Buleleng, Bali. One day, he came across information on a leaflet displayed in his school library. It was about a study opportunity at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

Although many of his villagers view it a taboo to leave the island for other islands, Rona set his heart to take the admission test at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya.

A long story short, not only he was successful; he was the only recipient to date awarded with a 4-year full scholarship from the university. Rona managed to prove that success comes with determination and enthusiasm.
